According to Galton’s theory, everyone has different types of intelligence, which she/he is stronger in some of them. My strongest types of intelligence are bodily/kinesthetic and mathematical/logical. If someone like me has the physical type of intelligence, they use many body movements while talking. For example, I sometimes talk fast and I move my hands a lot. I find that I am able to learn extremely well when I am involved in some form of physical activity rather than just sitting still. I also manipulate objects with skill. For example, I like to do puzzles. In addition, I like touching things and I am good at hands-on projects. For instance, I have the ability to assemble the hardware parts of a computer since I was 15. People with this type of intelligence may be very physically skilled using their whole body. I remember I always was the best actor in high school role-playing scenes. My other strongest type of intelligence is mathematical/logical skill. I am able to learn just about anything using my logical skills, and I am able to calculate and work out relationships and connections between items. On the other hand, I enjoy mental challenges like seeking out solutions to logical, abstract, and mathematical problems, and have good deductive reasoning skills, and that is why I always have a Sudoku puzzle book (A number based placement puzzle) on my desk. My best scores in high school were my math grades, and finally I got my B.S in software engineering. Therefore, I figured out that I learn better if I do things manually, and I like the challenge of seeking out solutions for problems.
